League of Legends: Dota Rip off?

League of Legends is a dota style free to play MMO published by mobafire, offering a mass community with a world wide appeal. As many of the MMO gamers know, it is based on the whole Dota aspect however, with improved mechanics of the original. League of legends has been widely accepted by gamers to still be a unique MMO as it is free to play with epic champions. As we undergo this review, keep in mind that moba does fully support Dota and so the developers themselves have accepted League of Legends. Moba first introduced this game in 2007, during the release, much work had to be done, many champion balancing issues and interface glitches, however recieving support from the community allowed the game to stabalise. Other similar games that are Dota style is of course Heroes of Neweth which is slightly less popular than League of Legends.

Perfect World International

Perfect World is an International MMORPG game made by Perfect World offering an amazing range of gameplay. The overall graphics is an amazing considering it's quite a dated game, but does not mean it is not popular. The gameplay is very standard as many typical 3D MMO's have it, but the most unique aspect of this game is the diverse choice of character customisation. This game has been famous for it's variety of choices but with many perks to this game, there are always flaws. In this review I will be talking about the gamplay and graphics of this game.

Metin2 Online

Metin 2 is a 3D MMORPG game made by Z8 Games offering a unique experience from other MMORPG's. A unique style of gameplay showing a combo type gameplay as you can decide whether to hit using the spacebar button. Well the combo system is good and all but still lacks a great deal like introduction to the game, foreign skills like alchemy or other types. Z8 games is ultimately is known for a shooter called Crossfire which is getting extremely popular but not prioritising with Metin 2, if the game is developed more I think it would be very successful. Considering this game was made in 2007, I think it should greatly improved with the graphics and gameplay altogether. Though one thing that made me want to play this game is it's very quick questing system which I will be reviewing later on. Metin 2 has given originality unlike World of Warcraft clones but Z8 has truly made a unique game.

Knight Online

Knight Online is by Gamersfirst offering an MMORPG gameplay, the most unique aspect of this game is definitely how you play this game, as it is quite an "active" game especially in PVP areas. The unique aspect of this game is that some of the skills are in 2D which is quite retro but gives a unique look to it. The graphics of this game are really quite old but remember that it is a dated game, but for some reason, each server is extremely populated. The popularity of any game means that people play this on a regular basis. In this review I will just be talking about the gameplay and graphics and come up with a conclusion of rating out of 10.

Conquer Online

Conquer Online is made by TQ which in most their games implements the same sort of 2D graphics which is really something to remember the game by. Other MMO's just copies the exact source of graphics and claim their own but TQ is very unique. In this review I will be talking about the gameplay of Conquer Online and also the graphics. The whole concept of this game is to train and level every aspect of what your character can do. TQ games is a very unique game and I have been playing this game for quite a long time. Conquer Online got me addicted only becuase of the customisation of weapons I am able to use, there is actually so much freedom in this game when you get above level 20, you can pvp freely with a price.

BeGone

BeGone is an epic FPS browser based game developed by Nplay offering a blast from the past. Many shooters are being developed and so BeGone is one of those games which is continually being developed. Nplay as a game company is quite new considering they have actually published only 2 games in counting as of 2011. It seems that this company is heavily trying to succeed in browser gaming and if you have played this game before, it truly is surprising how detailed the quality of the game is. As my prediction of this company, I would guess that it will go very far with the detail of work that is going on. InvinciCar Online is another game that is developed by Nplay which provides similar graphics to BeGone. Since the graphics are the similar, I would say that the company seems to have a graphics engine, much like TQ Digital where the graphics are the same. This offers an intense gameplay which for a browser is amazing for its kind. The gameplay and graphics is really amazing considering it is a browser based game. One aspect of the game which I prefer is actually having logins to the game rather than just picking a name, it feels more like an arcade game.

Atlantica Online

Atlantica Online is a strategy MMO developed by Nexon offering a unique insight to online gaming and therefore has been popular. The idea of having a turn by turn final fantasy style game while hiring mercenaries is really unique. Nexon did not actually create this game as the company Ndoors actuallt sold it to Nexon, though I do not understand why because it is now extremely popular. For users who had an account in Ndoors can recover their account in the Nexon website which is good though most users would consider not to join Nexon as their reputation of security is poor. None the less, the game itself is excellent in what they have to offer. Nexon as a game developer is actually not bad considering the games they are still developing and who could ever deny Combat Arms to be an excellent game. The popularity of Combat Arms is what made Nexon really popular in my opinion. As you know, the game actually went international which brings a bigger audience of users. Atlantica actually brings real life locations for the users, and has some of the most popular land marks, of course you can choose where to start.

Ace Online

Ace Online is a free to play 3D Sci-fi MMO made by Subagames, offering an unique experience to new generation of mmo's as it involves an action packed plane simulator. As I first heard about this game, I assumed it was going to be stable because a flight simulator is not always "stable", I would expect there to be many glitches, but they proved me wrong. The general concept is actually quite unique in many ways, and so it is getting extremely popular. Subagames, as of 2011 is still a relatively new in the mmo industries but many other games such as Mission Against Terror(An FPS shooter) is very stable and popular. The Sci-fi theme is also getting extremely popular as you can have a lot of freedom to add space type scenarios. In terms of diversity in game, is relatively medium meaning most player have gone to high levels and therefore other place to train or already up to PVP. There are still many new users coming online giving this game a try.

Alliance Of Valiant Arms

Alliance of Valiant arms(A mouthful, just call it AVA) is a free to play online FPS shooter with very nice quality in terms of graphics. AVA has reached a mass audience from FPS fans, for those of you who do not have a good high end pc would be missing out a lot. Steam has just released their game so couple more thousands people joined to play this free game. For a free to play game rivals many console games such as Battlefield, not so much the physics but the graphics. IJJI's games are really successful such as Gunz, but AVA I think is the best game IJJI made. As of 2011, a lot of shooters are introducing an apocalyptic zombie type games, I think this is inspired from Call of duty as they had a zombie round games. AVA has a new game mode now which adds another game type, this time PVE (Player vs environment). If you compare popularity with games, I think it would rival up to the number of players in Combat Arms which by the way is one of the most popular around the US and EU.

Talisman Online

Talisman Online is a 3D MMORPG, World of Warcraft style gameplay published by Mira Castle and Mira Game. Mira has only so far one fully developed game which is Talisman Online. The game seems to have some elements of World of Warcraft, which typical in many other games such as Allods Online. Since this is the only game that is being offered by Mira, it ensures to have weekly updates and most of all security. Security in games is always being improved however so are the programs used for hacking. Talisman Online does have many other typical elements like many other MMO's out there. What's original about this game as it describes weapons as talismans, typically talismans hold some sort of power so classifying talismans as weapons is the reason why it is called Talisman Online. Battle of the immortals is also very similar to this in terms of the overview of gameplay. As many people quit from World of Warcraft, many people play other alternatives which is why this game is popular. Of course with many similarities, they have implemented many of their own ideas and I have to be honest, really unique.

Twelve Sky 2

Twelve Sky 2 is 3D MMORPG game made by aeria games which is a very reputable company. Developing many popular games such as the famous Dynasty Warriors online, Battlefield heroes and many more games including the partners they are with. As the general gameplay, it seems to have the old fashoned click-to-move, really out dated but some people rather have this interface. As for the general community, not that friendly to socialise with, better yet many people in each debate what national the server is, but infact it is international... aeria games has made many games with a lot of success, providing you some of the most unique games actually ever developed. Wolfteam and Dynasty Warriors online seems to be the only MMO's that stay in my head if I think of aeria games. Popularity with the game seems to be a problem as it shows the server is populated but locations that I am in, does not almost no one. As for the requirements, many MMO gamers can play this, below are the requirements which you can check, I'm sure even laptops can run it. Games like 9Dragons remind me of playing this game as some of the elements of the game is quite typical. The story is vaguely shown to characters if you are one of those users that play games for the story. Twelve Sky 2 introduces the times of melee weapons which include a spear, sword and others. As a reviewer, it is my job to say what the best aspects of this gane is and what parts should have been improved.

Blackshot Review

An FPS games called "Black Shot" made by Twowar offers a different side of shooters. Following other elements of other MMOFPS like a limit on how long you can keep a gun. What I like most is that it counts the time you played with the gun not the amount of days played. The game types are less than unique as they have very typical game types:

Team Deathmatch Flag
Search and destroy
DA (Not sure what it stands for but it is a PVE mode)
Team Death Match

Battlefield Heroes Review!

Battlefield Heroes is a game made by EA which is quite rare considering they sell games for consoles, this game offers a third person shooter with unique classes and abilities. The graphics is very cartoony and quite cheesy but thats what the gamers like about it, many people play for fun and just admire the graphics, like me. I just really like how people can make their own server and play it, there is a veriety of maps suiting your style which the classic close quarters, medium land and huge land able to fly planes. So let's get started, I will be writing about the graphics and gameplay and give a rating out of 10.

Aika Online Review!

Aika Online is an epic 3D MMORPG made by Gpotato offering a beautiful playing style. With typical elements of most RPG's but improved and almost evolved as a whole of both gameplay and graphics. The first time I actually played this game is when I truly noticed the true detail of both story line and graphics. Gpotato has really out done themselves as they have released a very unique game, I cannot believe the work put on to this. With a modern touch to this Gpotato has released a class with guns but magic and melee is still introduced. As the depth of the story line goes, apparently the god of the actual playing world is called Aika fairly enough and has "created" races but somethings went wrong(More on that later). In this epic review of Aika I will be introducing the main aspects of the game which make it unique to play and watch.

Allods Online Review!

Allods Online is a MMORPG game made by Gpotato offering an epic adventure on questing as to level up you need to quest your way through which in some ways is good and enjoyable but maybe in some ways extremely long gameplay times. The overall gameplay is much like WoW but I have to say places where you fight is massive area offering all classes to fight to their full advantage. In this review I will be talking about the gameplay and what kind of MMO it is and the graphics, whether it is good or bad.

9Dragons Review!

A game originally made by Acclaim but moved on to Gamersfirst. This game offers many different clans residing with either the dark or light. I will be writing about the gameplay and graphics of this game has to offer. The most unique aspect of this game is the diverse number of clans available but one thing that is a problem, hardly anyone now makes new account, so all I see high level people around my place. The hype is not that much but does not mean it should be discredited. I think before Gamersfirst actually takes over a game, they drastically need to think about how they are going to maintain the game. This game lacks many of the essential things like website information in the home page information, just the basics to get a noice going.

4Story Review!

4Story is a 3D MMORPG made by Zemi interactive offering a WoW feel to it as the gameplay matches a lot to it. As review this gameplay many aspects are still different from the real thing and you have to consider that this is a F2P game which gives you the best PVP experiences. The overall gameplay is very fluid and not static like most games are, the graphics offers extremely low graphics but also high end graphics which is quite nice. In this review I will be writing about the gameplay and graphics but not the story as you can check that out for yourself. Be aware that this review is based purely on my opinion, if your opinion differs then comment and see what you think.
